DECIDIM is a pilot e-participation platform aimed at increasing the political voice of migrants living in the municipality of Ljubljana.

We are collecting ideas that would enhance the lives of migrants in Ljubljana.

On Tuesday, 11 July 2023, between 17:00 and 19:00, in the premises of KD GMAJNA at Ulica Vide Pregarčeve 11, there will be an interactive presentation of the open source online tool for political participation DECIDIM LJUBLJANA.

The EMVI training session on gender equality "The Woman, Life, Freedom Movement" focusing on the feminist struggle in Iran will take place Thursday, 11. 05. 2023, from 17:00 to 19:00, in the Info-office project space on Ulica Vide Pregarčeve 11, Ljubljana.

Spremembe zakona o tujcih usodne predvsem za migrantske družine

The next EMVI Training Session "Empowering Migrants Voices" on networking, advocacy and strategic communication will take place Tuesday, 21. 3. 2023, from 16:00 to 20:00, in the Info-office project space located on Ulica Vide Pregarčeve 11.

The next EMVI training sessions "Empowering Migrant Voices" focusing on migrants' and refugees' rights will take place Monday, 27. 02. 2023, from 17:00 to 21:00, in the Info-office project space located on Ulica Vide Pregarčeve 11.

In 2023, KD Gmajna is hosting a series of 10 training sessions in the framework of the project Empowering Migrant Voices on Integration and Inclusion Policies (EMVI). The project EMVI aims to increase the inclusion of migrants in local and national decision-making processes.

Konec decembra 2019 je v bila sprejeta sprememba Zakona o urejanju trga dela, ki je za državljane tretjih držav med drugim uvedla dodaten pogoj opravljanja izpita iz slovenskega jezika na ravni A1, če hočejo ostati v registru Zavoda za zaposlovanje. Ukrep naj bi bil namenjen učinkovitejšemu vključevanju oseb na trg dela in jih spodbudil k aktivnemu iskanju zaposlitve. V praksi to pomeni, da mora oseba s tujim državljanstvom izpit opraviti v roku dvanajstih mesecev po vključitvi v aktivno iskanje zaposlitve na Zavodu.
